About Abilities Enabled

Abilities Enabled is a disability support services provider based in Dubbo, New South Wales. While also providing services in Victoria & ACT. At Abilities Enabled we provide a range of disability services. With the range of services, we provide, we aim to make a difference in the lives of those with disabilities. The goal is to make each of our participant’s lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating within their own communities.

Abilities Enabled is a company that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that put the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.

Abilities Enabled’s History

Our focus is based on delivering quality and flexible disability services including social support, living arrangements and employment services. Abilities Enabled has a need to evolve as a provider of choice for disability services offering specialised care to adults and children in a supported environment.

Abilities Enabled offers a full range of NDIS Services including Supported Independent Living facilities, Short Term Accommodation (Respite), In-home support, community participation, individualised goal-driven skill development and supported employment.

Our People

Our leadership team continually focuses and aligns the purpose and values of the organisation to support the outcomes of participants, children and young people to live life the way they choose.

Each of the members in our leadership team brings their own experience, qualities, and skills to enable service delivery to be led by client-focused outcomes supported by a culture of digital innovation, data and insights and empowered decision making to realise Abilities Enabled’s vision.

From In-Home Supports to Social, Recreational and Community participation delivered in individual or group settings, our Community Service programs are designed to assist people to remain independent, learn new skills, achieve their goals or to build networks and friendships with others.
